Join us the first Wednesday of every month to talk and drink delicious wine! Hosted by sommelier, and Wine Chat presenter Cal Lee, we will take you through 5 wines and give you some fun and exciting notes to bring your wine game to the next level.

On May’s instalment of The Drop we are joined by Guy Palmer-Brown of Mighty Ilse. After mastering hospitality in the U.K and a slew of vintages in some of the world's greatest wine regions Guy sought a tree change in South Australia where he started making small batch boutique wines since 2024. We'll taste through both his bistro wines and the premium single vineyard wines and talk about minimal intervention winemaking and the importance of site selection.

All wines will be available to purchase from the winemaker at the end of the event.

Doors at 6:30 for a 7pm start, approximately 90min duration.
